By visiting our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service (the "Terms") together with the documents they refer to: our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, our Payment Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., whose e-commerce platform allows us to offer you our products and Services.

2. Use of our Services

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.

4. Products, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, images, colors, prices and available quantities may change at any time. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars (USD, $). Shipping is free; no additional charges appear at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

We do our best to present every product accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your screen match the physical product exactly. Sizes shown are standard sizes; our size guide appears on each product page.

We may limit the sale of products to certain persons, regions or jurisdictions, and limit quantities available per order, account or address.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock shortage or an obvious pricing error. If we need to change or cancel your order, we contact you at the email address provided at checkout and refund you in full where applicable.

6. Account and billing information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account information, and to keep your email address, shipping address and payment details up to date. We may refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect or unverifiable information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods, currency, the moment of charging and security measures are described in our Payment Policy. The total amount is authorized and charged when you confirm your order. We do not operate subscriptions, trial periods or recurring billing.

8. Shipping, delivery and returns

Destinations served, processing and transit times, the order cut-off time and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. The return window, required product condition, who bears return shipping costs, and refund timeframes are described in our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to read both documents carefully before ordering. Delivery times are estimates.

If an order is canceled for this reason after payment, you are refunded in full.
